Enterprise Singapore has consolidated PSG, EDG and MRA into the single EDGE Grant from 30 September 2026 — here is how criteria and funding support levels compare for SMEs and Non-SMEs.

SME Pathway · Enterprise Singapore

For Eligible Singapore SMEs (Up to 70% Support)

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Minimum 30% local equity held by Singapore Citizens and/or PRs
  • Group annual sales turnover ≤ S$100M, OR group employment ≤ 200 staff
  • ERP system is deployed and utilised for Singapore business operations
  • No binding contract signed or payment made prior to grant submission
Funding Support Up to 70%, capped at S$100,000/company/year
Non-SME Pathway · Enterprise Singapore

For Mid-Tier & Large Enterprises (Up to 50% Support)

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Minimum 30% local equity held by Singapore Citizens and/or PRs
  • Group annual sales turnover > S$100M AND group employment > 200 staff
  • Financially viable to implement and sustain the platform transformation
  • No binding contract signed or payment made prior to grant submission
Funding Support Up to 50%, capped at S$100,000/company/year
Programme Transition Notice: PSG, EDG and MRA stopped accepting new applications on 29 September 2026. Applications and projects already submitted continue to be processed through the Business Grants Portal (BGP). New applications are now made under the EDGE Grant; support levels vary by activity, and grant support is disbursed on a reimbursement basis after project completion.
